Concrete Densifier for Polished Concrete 5 gal RTU

Lithium Silicate Concrete Densifier 5 gal RTU  1000-2000 SF per gallon depending on porosity of concrete. This densifier is as good or better than most avalible Lithium silicate densifiers. For Concrete polishing.

Cement Shine Concrete Densifier One component water-based lithium based solution designed to densify cement and concrete substrates.

The lithium based densifier reacts with the cementitious ingredients to densify. This allows deep penetration to chemically harden and fortify the surface of the concrete. This occurs to a reaction from the calcium silicate hydrate and free lime.

DIRECTIONS:

After the chemical reaction occurs, the concrete floor substrate will be more abrasion resistant. It helps protect the surface from wear, moisture, and efflorescence while remaining breathable.

Densifier will help reduce dusting and increase the life of the concrete.

Stir material before using it. Apply until surface is saturated. Do not puddle. Can be applied by any spraying or mopping.

Coverage will depend on the absorptivity of the substrate resulting in 1000-1500 square feet per gallon coverage

Apply the material to the horizontal surface without thinning with a Microfiber mop using a Hudson style sprayer. When applying the material, always maintain a wet edge as this will reduce any chance of water spots. When spraying, this product can damage vegetation, stain or etch glass, aluminum, metal, and plastic. If this n does occur, rinse it off with water immediately.

Delaminations do not occur as this is non-film forming, impreginating treatment.

Water based material with no VOC’s

FIRST AID: In case of contact, immediately flush eyes with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes. If easy to do, remove contact lenses, if worn. If irritation persists, get medical attention.
